Marry a shorter guy?

I saw a picture of Kevin Hart with his girlfriend, she is TALLER and even wears high heels!
 Ladies, can u marry a shorter guy?
And guys, can u marry a taller  lady? If yes, would  you allow  her to wear high  heels?
